The Women’s Hub is many things – a community, a stage, events, a digital shared home, Circles, and more. Here we’ve collected the most common questions and grouped them by topic, so you can quickly find what you’re looking for.
If something’s still unclear: just reach out – we’d love to hear from you!
General
The Women’s Hub is a community and movement for women who want to live their boldest and most authentic selves – and in doing so, not only transform their own lives but also their communities and the world.
We create spaces where women can share their visions, inspire one another, and grow together: at our live events (the Women’s Hub Days in Munich & Zurich), in our online Love Sessions, through our memberships (in German), and in more intensive programs like our Guided Circles (in German).
For all women who want more: more meaning, more connection, more courage, more impact. Our community is diverse – from creatives and changemakers to leaders, entrepreneurs, and women simply seeking their next step. What unites us is not that we’re “finished,” but that we encourage each other to be visible, to grow, and to live our visions.
There are three ways to become part of the Women’s Hub:
- Attend events – come to our Women’s Hub Days or online Love Sessions.
- Book a Membership (in German) – become an active part of the community, get access to all community profiles, visibility in our channels, special discounts, and support the movement.
- Become a Roommate (in German) – move into our digital shared home. Here you’ll experience regular sessions, exchange, and inspiration – membership is automatically included.
All upcoming dates for our Days, Sessions, and Circles can be found right on our homepage and in the Events section. We also keep you updated through our Community Letter and social media channels.
If you’re a Roommate, you’ll have access to an exclusive overview with all WG (shared home) session dates – so you always stay on top of things.
- Women’s Hub Days: in Munich in German, in the local Hub Zurich in English.
- Love Sessions: mostly in German, some in English (we announce this in advance).
- Roommate Sessions & Guided Circle: currently in German only.
Community
With the Supporter Membership (in German), you don’t just become an active part of the community – you also help sustain the movement over the long term.
You receive:
- An extended profile on our website, where you can make yourself and your vision visible
- Priority when selecting speakers for the stage at the Day
- Access to all profiles of other women – the best foundation for real networking
- Visibility in our community channels, e.g. in the Community Letter
- Discounted tickets for the Women’s Hub Days
This way, you become part of a vibrant community, build connections more easily, stay visible long after the Day, and strengthen the Women’s Hub movement with your contribution.
In principle, every woman who actively engages with the Women’s Hub – whether as a Member (German), Day participant, Roommate (German), or part of a Guided Circle (German). In those spaces, we explicitly invite you to create a profile.
If you feel drawn to the Women’s Hub but haven’t (yet) joined one of our spaces, you can still share a profile.
Full access to personal and in-depth information in profiles – beyond name, profession, vision, and website – is reserved for Members and Roommates.
Already, more than 1'500 visions are shared here: each one unique, yet together forming a movement for a more human and loving world.
At the Women’s Hub, there are many stages beyond the big one at the Day: in the Community Letter, on our social media channels, in the Love Sessions, or as a feature on the website.
We curate who fits where and when – whether as an expert in a Love Session, a voice in the Community Letter, or a vision on our community stages. We intentionally don’t promise fixed slots or frequency.
Instead, we trust this principle: those who actively participate – giving and receiving – will be seen. It’s a new way of networking: less calculated, more built on trust and mutual support.
If you feel called to share more of yourself, reach out to us and let us know what you’d like to contribute.
- Live: most easily at the Women’s Hub Days, in local communities.
- Digital: through your profile on the website or in the breakouts of the Love Sessions.
Connection thrives on what we make of it! Already, many friendships, collaborations, and mastermind groups have formed – across cities and countries.
Yes. You can attend the Women’s Hub Days and Love Sessions without a membership. All other digital spaces – i.e. the digital shared home formats for Roommates – are exclusive to members.
Membership gives you community belonging with a profile, visibility, and discounts. The Roommate package includes the Membership and extends it with access to the digital shared home, with regular sessions, exchange, and replays.
Events
The Women’s Hub Days are our heart: full-day live events filled with inspiration, real connection, and personal stories. Women come together to show up, listen, and grow side by side.
On the big stage, three women from the community share their visions – brave, honest, and moving. The spots are limited and curated by us. Those selected receive story coaching from us to feel well-prepared and supported.
Sitting in the audience doesn’t just mean listening: women give feedback, support the speakers, and let themselves be inspired. Giving and receiving belong together at the Women’s Hub – and every woman should eventually have her moment on stage when the time is right.
To make real closeness and trust possible, each Day is limited to 50 participants. Tickets are given on a first-come, first-served basis – so it’s best to book early. That way, you can look forward to it, and we can plan ahead together.
Beyond the big stage, there are many smaller spaces like Circles and Workshops where you can also take part. Each Day becomes a unique experience – for every woman, whether in the audience or on stage.
A Day is a full commitment: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. – followed by an apreo in the evening.
Tickets are available via Eventbrite. On our website, under Events, you’ll find direct links to all upcoming events.
You can choose the ticket category that fits you best:
- Day Ticket – our regular ticket
- Social Ticket – for women who currently can’t afford a regular ticket (limited number, please contact us directly)
When buying a ticket, you can also indicate if you’d like to go on stage. We curate three inspiring talks from all applications – supported with story coaching and carried by the community. Every woman should eventually have her moment on stage.
Not at all. It’s absolutely fine if you don’t want to give a talk. On the big stage, three women per Day share their visions, but the Women’s Hub thrives on everyone’s participation – through listening, giving feedback, and connecting.
Even without your own talk, you’ll gain a lot:
- Be inspired by other women’s stories
- See yourself reflected in what you hear
- Experience closeness and real connection
- Join smaller formats like Circles or Workshops
The stage is an invitation, never a requirement. Every woman will have her moment when it feels right for her. Until then, you’re just as much a part of the community.
On the big stage, three women from the community share their visions. The spots are limited and curated by us.
The process:
- When buying your ticket, indicate that you’d like to be on stage.
- Share briefly what theme is burning inside you.
- We curate three talks from all applications for the upcoming Day.
Our goal is that every woman eventually gets her moment on stage – exactly when the timing feels right. We make sure that women who have been part of the community for a while also get their chance.
And remember: even if you’re not (yet) on stage, the Day will give you so much. You’ll be inspired by others’ stories, see yourself reflected in the community, build new connections, and join in Circles or Workshops.
A lot! You’ll be inspired by the stories of others, reflect on yourself through the mirror of the community, and make connections that support you personally and professionally.
Often we don’t realize how enriching it can be just to listen, give feedback, and become part of another woman’s story. That’s how connection is created on a whole new level – even without standing on stage yourself.
And throughout the Day, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get involved in smaller formats such as Circles and Workshops.
No preparation needed – unless you’re giving a talk, in which case we’ll prepare with you. Otherwise, you’ll simply introduce yourself briefly and let the day carry you.
Tip: fill out your profile on our website in advance – it creates connection before the Day and keeps it alive afterward.
Dates are published on our website, in the Community Letter, and on social media. Each city hosts up to three Days per year.
We don’t keep a waiting list for not-yet-published dates.
The Love Sessions are our open online events – with expert input, inspiration from the community, and space for connection. They’re open to all women.
Participation & registration:
You can register directly via the event calendar on our website. Registration is handled through Eventbrite; after booking, you’ll receive your confirmation and Zoom link in time for the session.
Tickets (based on “pay what you can”):
Supported Ticket (€0): for anyone who currently cannot pay
Standard Ticket (€15): regular price
Supporter Ticket (€25): for those who want to give more to support others
This way, the sessions remain accessible to everyone while strengthening the community: those who can give more make it possible for every woman to join.
Stage
We love stages – because becoming visible changes everything. That’s why the Women’s Hub always thinks in stages: the big stage at a Day or a community feature on social media or in our newsletter.
For us, a stage means: you are seen, heard, and supported. It’s our engine for transformation – both for the woman who steps up and for those who listen. When we share our stories, we create connection, inspiration, and growth – on both sides.
At the Women’s Hub, the stage is not about performance but about authenticity. It’s a safe space held with kindness, feedback, and mutual support. That makes it a place where the greatest growth can happen – for you and for the community.
The big stage at a Day: Three women share their vision or story in a talk, supported with story coaching and feedback.
Smaller stages: Workshops, Circles, and exchange formats.
Love Sessions: Our digital stage with expert talks.
Community Stage: Visibility through social media and the Community Letter – platforms that carry you and your vision out into the world.
It’s supportive: every woman genuinely wishes you the best.
It’s safe: it’s not about perfection, but about being real.
It’s interactive: after each talk, you receive feedback – spoken and written – as a gift for your growth.
It’s transformative: being on stage here isn’t about performing, it’s about growing – with yourself and with the community.
When buying your Day ticket, you can indicate that you’d like to go on stage and share what topic is burning inside you.
We curate three talks from all applications, giving priority to women who have been at the Day as a participant before. Our aim is for every woman to eventually experience her moment on stage – when the time is right.
Beyond the big stage at a Day, there are many other stages at the Women’s Hub – from our Love Sessions to the Community Stage on social media or in the newsletter. These opportunities grow when your active participation in the community grows.
Yes. In principle, every woman in the community can step on stage. Selection depends on diversity, relevance of the topic, and also making sure women who have been with us longer get their turn.
What matters most is the spirit: the Women’s Hub stage is not for pitching or selling. It’s something completely different. It’s about being brave enough to show up when you are in the middle of it all, to let yourself be seen, to share your vision or even your “crazy” ideas – things you might not dare say elsewhere.
The gift of this stage is much greater than a sales presentation: it gives you connection, visibility, growth – and the experience of being held by a community as you share yourself.
-
Story Coaching: a 60-minute session with an experienced story coach to sharpen your storyline, core message, and question to the audience.
-
Feedback: live during the Day – first spoken, then written feedback from everyone in the audience. You’ll take these feedback sheets home as a gift.
-
Moderation & framing: we welcome you in the morning, walk you through the technical details, bring you on stage, and guide you through your talk. All so you can feel safe, supported, and at ease.
Your talk doesn’t have to be perfect – what matters is that it’s authentic and comes from the heart.
