Women's Hub Dayscome to life - together

The Women’s Hub thrives through people who share their skills, passion, networks, products, and spaces.

Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone who makes the Women’s Hub Days in their city possible.

It’s only through this shared support that we can create Women’s Hub Days at such a high level of quality – and still keep them accessible for all participants.

We call them Local Supporters – people and partners who join with heart because they believe in our vision: “Empowered women create a better world. Together!”

Areas where we welcomeLocal Support

In each city, we’re grateful for support in many areas – from photography, locations, food & beverage, decoration, and technical setup to helping hearts & hands during the Day itself.

Visibility, reach, and acting as an ambassador for the Women’s Hub are also powerful ways to contribute.

If you’d like to support us with your skills, network, or company – we’d love to hear from you.

Photography

Our photographers capture the magic of the Women’s Hub Days – the emotions, connections, and genuine moments. Their images carry the spark beyond the day itself and remind us who we are: radiant, connected, for and with one another.

Where words fall short of describing what happens in our spaces, their photos tell the story. They are an essential part of the Women’s Hub – mirror, memory, and inspiration all at once.

Location

Our venues are more than just locations – they are stage, home, and a space for connection.

To keep the Women’s Hub Days both affordable and high-quality, we’re always happy to collaborate with location partners who make their spaces available to us.

We’re looking for places with charm, character, and atmosphere – bright, open, and inviting space for depth, connection, and style.

Ideal setup: approx. 50 participants · at least 150 m² · two rooms or one room plus kitchen · exclusive use (Saturdays) · furniture & technical equipment (beamer/screen or monitor) available · central

Food & Beverage

Food connects us – and is part of the experience.

We’re looking for partners who offer good, conscious, and lovingly prepared food – vegetarian or vegan, organic, sustainable, and with soul.

Whether lunch, cake, or special drinks – everything created with mindfulness adds to the magic of the Women’s Hub Day.

Because when love is poured into every detail – you can taste it.

Helping Hearts & Hands

At a Women’s Hub Day, we need people who love to lend a hand – helping with setup, welcoming guests, supporting in the kitchen, or backstage.

We call them Helping Hearts: women (and sometimes men) who contribute their time and energy voluntarily to be part of something bigger.

Whether you bring organizational talent, a host’s heart, or simply joy in being part of a community – your hands and your heart are welcome.
