In this immersive workshop with Sarah Schilliger, you’ll discover the power of movement and intuitive drawing as tools for reflection and release. Through gentle motion and accessible creative exercises, Sarah will guide you in tuning into your inner voice - no artistic skill required.
This is an invitation to pause, process, and play with whatever arises from the Women’s Hub Day, whether it’s inspiration, questions, or emotions.
Sarah’s approach blends warmth, curiosity, and a deep trust in the creative process. She creates a space where there’s no “right” way, only your way. You can expect moments of quiet connection, unexpected insights, and the joy of expressing yourself freely, without judgment.
No experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore 🎨.
About Sarah Schilliger
Sarah Schilliger is a certified art therapist, yoga teacher, and embodiment facilitator who believes in the power of creativity and movement to heal, inspire, and connect. With a background in trauma-sensitive art therapy and a passion for mindful practices, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner voices and expressing what words alone cannot capture.
Trained at the magenta Akademie and with a federal diploma in art therapy (OdA ARTECURA), Sarah has spent years working in clinical settings, community projects, and her private practice in Lucerne. Her approach is rooted in empathy, intuition, and the belief that everyone has the capacity to create, reflect, and grow, no matter their background or experience.
Sarah’s work is deeply influenced by her studies in Yin Yoga, trauma-adaptive therapy, and shamanic wisdom.
When she’s not leading sessions or workshops, Sarah can be found sketching in her studio, practicing yoga, or exploring the natural beauty of Switzerland. She lives in Lucerne, where she continues to create spaces for others to discover their own inner strength, one mindful breath and brushstroke at a time.
