At six years old, Rocio left the Dominican Republic for the mountains of Switzerland, stepping into a world shaped by discipline and rigour. She followed the expected path, built a career in finance and lived from strength and independence.
Then pregnancy broke that version of her open.
Giving birth exposed old wounds in her female lineage and forced her to question every rule she had absorbed. Instead of pushing through life, she began learning to listen. Instead of carrying everything alone, she started healing the warrior-mindset inherited across generations.
Rocio shares the moments that changed her: the breaking, the exhaustion of women who sacrificed themselves, the blurred boundaries passed from mother to daughter, the unspoken expectations that shaped her identity, the ancestral memories resurfacing, the discovery of shamanic and ancestral practices, and the slow shift toward a softer, freer way of being.
Today she teaches women, mothers and daughters to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and dreams of creating a space where children and elders learn from one another without hierarchy - where wisdom flows freely both ways.
