By using womenshub.de or creating a member profile, you agree to the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") stated herein. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you register or sign up for WOMEN’S HUB DAY.
WOMEN'S HUB provides a platform for a community and the corresponding offers. This includes, among other things, that registered users can write and publish their profile, and members can enter into dialogue with each other through contact and communication channels.
The services offered on this platform are all offers of the WOMEN'S HUB UG, as long as we do not inform you that it is a WOMEN'S HUB service offered or organized by a partner.
1. Usage and registration
1.1. Registration is required to create a profile, to actively use the community and to use the other services. To register, the user fills out the registration form. The user agrees to make any information provided in the course of using the platform and services truthful and to comply with the applicable laws.
1.2. The user must ensure that the information filed is always up-to-date. WOMEN’S HUB reserves the right to ask for proof of the identity of the user, his age of majority and if necessary to refuse the use of the platform or individual services.
1.3. After registration, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail with a confirmation link. Only after clicking on the link is the registration successfully completed, and is then confirmed again by WOMEN'S HUB.
1.4. The created short profile is now visible on the website. The complete community profile can only be viewed by other registered members after participation in a WOMEN'S HUB DAY and activation by WOMEN'S HUB. Visiting the public area of the website is also possible without registration.
1.5. WOMEN’S HUB expressly advises the users to keep their password secret and not to pass on their log-in data to third parties. 2. Availability of the platform
The user has no claim to the use of the platform and services. However, WOMEN’S HUB strives to ensure that the use of the website is as uninterrupted as possible. The use of the platform and services is free of charge.
3. Liability of the user and indemnification
WOMEN'S HUB points out to the users that an illegal behaviour on their part can trigger recourse claims of third parties and/or by WOMEN'S HUB. If a user negligently violates the obligations of these terms and conditions and if a third party claims against WOMEN’S HUB for this negligent behaviour, the user is obliged to indemnify WOMEN’S HUB from all costs arising in this context. The indemnification also includes all necessary legal costs.
4. . Liability WOMEN’S HUB Haftung WOMEN`S HUB
4.1. WOMEN'S HUB is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. The same applies in case of breach of any guarantee promises or fraudulently concealed defects or in case of liability according to the Product Liability Act.
4.2. In case of slight negligence, WOMEN'S HUB has unlimited liability in case of injury to life, body or health.
4.3. Otherwise, WOMEN'S HUB is only liable if an essential contractual obligation is violated.
4.4. Insofar as liability is excluded or limited according to the aforementioned regulations, this also applies to vicarious agents.
4.5. In particular, WOMEN'S HUB is not liable for the content of other websites linked to the platform. Links by users to websites with costs are not allowed. WOMEN'S HUB does not adopt the contents of other linked websites and does not take responsibility for them. As soon as WOMEN'S HUB gains positive knowledge of illegal content or of a link to paid websites, the links will be removed or access to them blocked.
5. Duration and termination of the contract
5.1. The contract of use is concluded for an indefinite period. WOMEN'S HUB has the right to terminate the contract of use with a notice period of 14 days. 5.2. The right of the parties to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
6. Amendment of the terms of use
WOMEN'S HUB reserves the right to supplement these Terms of Use with regulations for the use of any newly introduced additional functions for the platform. The planned amendments to the Terms of Use shall be announced to the user before the planned coming into effect by e-mail to the e-mail address he/she provided during registration. The User shall be regarded as having agreed to the amendment to the Terms of Use if he does not object to the amendment in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within a period of two weeks, beginning on the day following the announcement of the amendment. If the user objects to the amendment of the Terms of Use in due form and time, the contractual relationship shall be continued under the previous terms. WOMEN'S HUB reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship if a continuation of the contract of use cannot be continued under the previous conditions.
7. Other provisions
7.1. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Munich, provided that the customer is a businessman/-woman.
7.2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers with a habitual residence outside the Federal Republic of Germany may also invoke the law of the country in which they have their residence.
7.3. Should any provision of this agreement be invalid in whole or in part or lose its legal validity later, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the statutory provisions shall apply.
