      WOMAN ON STAGE
      KATARINA GIGER

FROM PAIN TO PURPOSE: My Journey to Healing and Connection

      KATARINA GIGER
Holistic Wellness Guide & Sobriety Advocate

In this powerful and heartfelt talk, Holistic Wellness Guide & Sobriety Advocate Katarina shares her journey from a childhood marked by trauma, domestic abuse, suicide attempts and generational addiction to a life of conscious healing and deep self-connection. After years of using alcohol as a way to escape the weight of her past, she made the brave choice to break the cycle. And today, at two and a half years sober, she is a living testament to the strength it takes to transform suffering into growth.

Katarina challenges the idea that alcoholism is about quantity - it’s about the underlying purpose behind it. She opens up about the fears she faced, the unexpected joy she discovered, and how vulnerability became her path to true connection. Through her healing practices like Breath-Ice-Cacao sessions, music classes, and charity work, Katarina not only supports others but continues her own journey toward wholeness.

Her story is a reminder that even the darkest chapters can become a light for others—and an invitation to see beyond the surface, to find something honest and healing within ourselves.

      WOMAN ON STAGE
      MINNAL DHINGRA

Forgiveness, Fire, and Finding My Way Home

      MINNAL DHINGRA
Founder, MAMMA VEDA - Ancient wisdom Modern wellness | Ex Consultant | MAMMA of two | Yoga & Pilates Lover | Plant-Focused Foodie | Impact-Driven Ritual Creator

Minnal thought she had built the perfect life: a loving partner, a vibrant life in Europe, a thriving career and two young healthy sons. But in 2020, everything changed. She lost her father, to whom she always was his little princess, and her marriage unexpectedly fell apart.

In the midst of heartbreak and betrayal, Minnal turned back to what she knew: daily rituals of healing from her childhood in Mumbai. A simple drink, a calming blend of herbs and spices, became a lifeline. It helped her find her footing, one day at a time.

That small ritual eventually became MAMMA VEDA, and her very first batch of Blissd Bru was served at the WOMEN’S HUB. The response blew her away, and marked the beginning of a new chapter.

In this talk, Minnal shares how reconnecting with her roots helped her regain her voice, build something meaningful, and find strength in the middle of big life changes.

This is a story about starting over, the power of forgiveness, and turning something painful into something nourishing.

      WOMAN ON STAGE
      SIGE NAGELS

Choosing Soul Over Safety: Rising From the Ashes of a Fairy Tale

      SIGE NAGELS
      Mom-of-three, Nature Lover, Life Coach

Sige once believed she had everything a woman should want: marriage, motherhood, and stability. But beneath the polished surface, she was silently repeating the story written by generations of women before her: one of self-silencing, ignoring her needs, and staying to keep the peace.

Releasing her marriage wasn’t just a decision, it was a soul initiation.

Through deep inner work, therapy, and creative expression, Sige began to untangle the patterns she had inherited: codependency, over-adaptation, and the quiet suppression of emotional truth.

Bit by bit, she rewired the way she related, to herself, to others, to love. She learned that true intimacy can only grow when we honor ourselves, not abandon who we are. And today, whether she’s modeling healthy love to her daughters or guiding her clients, Sige stands rooted in a new way of being: one where love no longer costs her herself.

This isn’t a story of heartbreak.

It’s a story of coming home—to her voice, her worth, and her wild, unedited truth.
