LAURENCE KOZERA

Tuesday, March 14th 2023, 12:00 - 13:00 CEST, Zoom

Convinced that she wasn’t the only one frustrated about the lack of honest conversations around her, Laurence experienced a true revelation when she came across Psychological Safety and Nonviolent Communication.

Finally she was able to put words and scientific evidence on what she had been believing, yet not really doing, most of her life: speaking out what you have on your mind is as necessary as breathing.

And what was even better: she learned that there are tools and principles that can help you do this in a structured and compassionate manner. This is true in every setting of life: be it at work or with friends and family.

In this lunch edition love session, Laurence will share more about her personal journey, and will give you practical insights for how to get better at having honest conversations.

ABOUT LAURENCE KOZERA

Laurence Kozera is a psychological safety expert and consultant with over 15 years of experience in business, culture, and sports, including at Google and the Beijing 2008 Olympics.

With a Master's degree in Intercultural Management, helping others understand one another has always been a passion of hers.

Laurence's biggest frustration is to see talent and ideas go to waste because an organisation lacks the necessary structure to foster them. That is why she works tirelessly to help others with building trust, fostering collaboration, and promoting smooth understanding among diverse stakeholders, in particular founders and senior execs.
